◆ The large format UV coating machine are mainly used in Advertising business for large format lamination to get glossy or matt effect, and make it waterproof

◆ It is for both outdoor and indoor.

◆ It can coat on roll materials or on sheets material. It can coat on thin material, also on the thick board material.

◆ The machine is easy for operation and free of cleaning.

◆ And the machine realize very low cost while very good effect.no waste and no wrinkle on the material.

◆ There will never be glue failure after a long time. And no strong plastic smell and the color will never change.

◆ With the machine we can coat thicker layer or thinner layer by adjusting the liquid thickness.

◆ The size varies from 1350mm 1600mm and 2000mm ( smaller size with designs also available).

◆ The coated material including: banner, PVC banner, self adhesive vinyl, mesh fabric, pp paper, foam board, flat rigidV board and ect.

◆ The machine include three parts: coating part, curing parting, collection part

◆ The coating part can be adjusted by air for big adjusting and by wheel for micro adjusting

◆ The liquid is pumped through re-circulated system and avoid wasting and of low cost

◆ high tensile structural steels structure and roller， have longer service life and better stability.

◆ The machine include 2 pump, we can pump glossy and matt liquid separately.

◆ Almost every parts of the machine can be controlled independently, such as curing lamp, cooling fan, transmitter and so on.

◆ The speed of coating is very fast and drying is instantaneous.

◆ The coating is finished without any air bubble and will not crack or crease

◆ The coating cost is very low and there is no waste for the material.

◆ The machine can realize roll to roll. With the roll fixer, The material can go very smooth without failure. Also we can put sheets material.

◆ The machine can also coat board material. The max thickness for the material is 7cm.

Application

UV Coating is the most effective process you can apply to post-printed materials, allowing you to coat and cure immediately without extra trimming work.  Applying an ultra-violet coating on printed pieces, it increase the durability of printed image, add resistance to the folding material, also it enhance the visual effect for the print by glossy or matt varnish.
